In response to Daily Post’s Weekly Photo Challenge: Reward.
Ah, reward. My colleagues in office often said that I’m an easy-to-be-pleased-person, so reward is not a difficult thing for me to describe. I think reward is, simply, things that make your efforts aren’t useless. Even when it’s simple, even when the so-called-reward isn’t what you’ve expected, but as long as you be grateful, those things will be irreplaceable rewards, too :hihi.
I’ve been a blogger since half a year ago. Being a blogger is like a dream come true–I love writing and capturing moments in pictures. This reward is related with the latter part, and I think all of you are already aware with what is it.
My first DSLR camera.
That camera isn’t new. It is a used camera. I bought it from my colleague in office, in middle 2014, and since then, I used this for capturing every picture that are shown in my blog. I just love this camera–it shots great pictures. Well, compared with my old pictures taken with my old phone or my old digital still camera :ha.
Owning this camera had made me love photography, compared to long before, when I could just admire people with this class of camera. I admired them a lot. Nowadays, every weekend I will be wandering around with my camera, go to the old part of the city, taking pictures of old structures of the city or anything that interests me.
This is a sample picture that I had taken using this camera, a near full-bloomed Wijayakusuma flower:
Ah, I can surely say that this is one of the greatest rewards I could earn in my life.
